Dough:
1 C. butter
1/3 C. whipping cream
2 C. flour
Granulated sugar

Filling:
1/4 C. butter
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t. vanilla
Food color of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients together and chill 1 hour. Roll dough out to 1/8". Cut small circles. Sprinkle waxed paper with sugar. Place dough circles on sugar. Place sugared circles on cooking sheet. Prick with fork. Bake at 375º for 7 to 9 minutes.
When cool, put small amount of filling between two wafers.
