2 cups onions 3 cups celery
3 tbsp butter 1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper 5 cups milk
¾ cup flour ½ cup butter
1 lb Velveeta cheese 10 oz can lobster
½ lb crab ¾ lb shrimp
1 lb scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, celery and 3 tbsp butter. Mix flour, salt and pepper add to milk. Cook in microwave 10 minutes stirring occasionally to thicken (may take longer). Add cheese cook to thicken, add seafood. Serve

This is one of my most favorite recipes, because it's a tradition in our home to have this on Christmas Eve. A little pricey, but well worth it, also very rich.
