1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter. Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture. Fold in walnuts and cranberries. Lightly grease a loaf pan and pour in your batter. Bake at 350º for 70-75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
