Cranberry Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs, and butter. Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture. Fold in walnuts and cranberries. Lightly grease a loaf pan and pour in your batter. Bake at 350 for 70-75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
