1lb lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 1/4 ounces)
1 8-ounce pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (8 rolls)
1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream
1 medium tomato, chopped (2/3 c.)
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2c.)
1 medium green or sweet red pepper (3/4 c.)
1 1/2 c. shredded taco cheese (6 oz.)
1 c. slightly crushed tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Drain off fat and stir in taco seasoning mix. Add the amount of water specified on the pkg. and cook according to directions.
Lightly grease a 9" pie plate. Separate crescent rolls into triangles.
Press into bottom and up the sides of pie plate,,, pinching edges to seal the dough. Bake in 350º oven for 6 minutes.
Spread beef mixture in partially baked crust. Spread sour cream over top.
Sprinkle with tomato, onion and sweet pepper. Top with cheese and tortilla chips.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350º oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
