2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, divided
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant or quick rise yeast
1 Tbsp canola oil
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Mix oil and water together in a measuring cup. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients and pour water mixture into centre of the well. Gradually mix ingredients together to form soft dough. Add remaining flour as needed. Turn the dough out onto a floured board and knead until soft and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. The dough should be slightly sticky but shouldn't stick to your hands. Let the dough rest, covered, on the counter for 10-15 minutes. Roll out dough to fit pizza pan and place on pan. Makes 1-2 crusts depending on thickness.
