1 1/4 C firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 C creamy peanut butter
1/2 C butter flavor Crisco
3 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 bag of Hershey's kisses unwrapped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Combine brown sugar, peanut butter, crisco, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in egg just until blended.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add gradually to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes or until beginning to brown and set. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing to foil.
Optional - push Hershey's kiss into warm cookie when taken out of the oven. Let cool before touching melted kiss.
