9 eggs, 1 c. melted margarine, 6 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 t. anise extract, 9 t. baking powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs for 15 minutes. Add sugar, margarine and anise. Beat for a couple minutes until well mixed. Remove beaters. Add flour and baking powder. You may need to add more flour to make soft dough. Knead well. Roll to desired shape. Small balls or twists. Bake in 350º oven for about 12 minutes. They should be very light in color when taken out of the oven. Dip into thin, powdered sugar frosting (in pastel shades) when cool.
