Round Steak - 2 good sized pieces cut into portions
1 red and 1 green pepper cut large chunks
1 large onion - sliced
1-2 zucchini sliced thick pieces
1 tomato
1 tsp each dried basil & thyme
1 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil in a saute pan, fry steak that has been seasoned as you like (Hy's & Pepper).
Slice all the vegetables and lightly saute in same pan then transfer meat & veg to roaster
Add: 1 cup white wine, basil and thyme

Bake in oven at 350º for min one hour or longer until meat is tender
