1 cup warm milk
1/2 stick butter (4 T.)
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in microwave to very warm, NOT HOT.
Add to butter and egg in bread machine. Add flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Give dry ingredients a little stir. Put bread machine on DOUGH. Just a few minutes before it's done, unplug machine and turn dough out onto a floured board. Work more flour into dough as needed. Make into 16 buns on a cookie sheet and let rise at least 1/2 hr.
Bake 16-18 minutes at 350 degrees. Butter tops.

OR for cinnamon rolls, roll out to a big rectangle. Spread 1/2 stick soft or melted butter over dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up. Cut into 16 rolls with serrated knife. Place cut side down in 9 X 13" cake pan sprayed with Pam. Let rise for 1/2 hour in warm place. Bake about 16-18 minutes in 350º oven. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.

To make cinnamon-sugar mixture, mix 1/2 cup white sugar with 1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon. Stir to mix and store in a shaker.
