4 to 5 tomatoes
1 shallot, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. basil
2 tsp. olive oil
2 to 4 green chilies, diced
salt & black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse until tomatoes are fairly finely chopped, but not mushy. Alternatively, dice tomatoes and shallot, mince garlic and finely chop basil. Refrigerate at least two to three hours for flavors to blend.
