1 pkg onion/mushroom soup mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 lbs chicken pieces or pork chops

Optional:
1/4 cup barbecue sauce may be added to soup/sugar and vinegar for pork chops
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Wash chicken pieces thoroughly. In a small bowl, combine soup mix, brown sugar and vinegar. Set aside. Place chicken in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken.

Cover and bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
