2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small shallot, cut in half
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons canola oil
Salt
Pepper

10oz mixed baby greens-coarsely chopped
4 Belgian endives-coarsely chopped
English cucumber-peeled, halved, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped dill
3/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives (5ozs)
2 cups crumbled feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients in blender until emulsified. Dressing can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator overnight

Toss salad with half of dressing-season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add additional dressing as needed or serve on the side.
