3/4 c. butter, room temp
3 tbsp. chopped chives
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped tarragon
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 ounce package dried porcini mushrooms

6 -1 inch thick filets mignon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl, add salt & pepper.
Process mushrooms in a grinder to a chunky powder and transfer to a plate, add s & p. Press steaks on both sides into mushroom powder.

Melt 2 tbsp. of herb butter in a skillet, cook steaks in skillet 6-8 minutes per side.

Melt remaining herb butter in small pan. Spoon butter atop steaks.
