4 slices square sandwich ham
30 g butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 c. tasty cheese, grated
4 eggs
200 g natural yoghurt
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Use ham to line 4 greased ovenproof dishes of 1 cup capacity.
Heat butter in pan, add onion and cook until onion is soft and divide evenly into ham lined dishes.
Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Beat eggs and yoghurt together, pour into dishes.
Sprinkle with remaining combined cheese and parsley.
Stand dishes on oven tray and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until set.
Serve with a green salad.
