2 whole chicken breasts
3 eggs
2 onions in wedges
2 cups frozen peas
s cups frozen corn kernels
6 large pontiacs potato
2 cloves garlic
450 gm jar peanut/satay sauce

2 long red chilli
spring onion

Cube chicken breast and fry off with onion and garlic. Add jar of satay/peanut sauce. Mix well.

Cube potato and steam until tender.

Boil eggs and slice.

Steam peas and corn. Combine everything.

Mix through with garnishes.
