1 cup rice
1 medium onion
2 stalks of celery
1/2 tsp majoram
1/2 tsp basil
1 TSP rosemary
red pepper to taste
2 cups chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Saute minced onion and celery in 2 TBS butter till soft. Add herbs and rice and cook till gold. Add stock. Bake covered in 350 degree oven 25 till 30 minutes. Add liquid if needed.

I use Uncle Ben's Rice - not the instant but the one that takes about 25 minutes to cook.
