1 12 oz. package of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup corn oil
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients. Pour into lightly greased baking muffin tins. Bake at 450 until brown (about 20 minutes). Makes 12 large muffins.

You can also pour the mixture onto a jelly roll pan and bake, then slice into squares.
