2 cups of cooked & diced chicken
1 can mixed vegetables, well drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
1 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
2 deep dish pie crusts, uncooked
1 egg white, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pie crusts and egg white. Pour ingredients into one pie crust. Place the other pie crust on top and seal the edges with thumb prints. Brush the top crust with egg white. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes until golden brown.

I often use 1 large can of white chunk chicken instead of fresh chicken.
