1 lb. powdered sugar
16 oz. creamy peanut butter
1/4 lb unsalted butter softened
12 oz. good chocolate

Directions:

Combine sugar, peanut butter and butter; mix together well. Roll into small balls and put in freezer for at least 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate slowly in a double boiler over hot water.

Stick toothpick in balls to dip into chocolate, leaving a small circle around toothpick uncovered to resemble the eye of a buckeye. Put on wax paper and chill or freeze for best taste.
