2 slices white bread
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 small ripe banana
2 tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1 slice of the bread with the peanut butter. Slice the banana evenly over the peanut butter. Top with the second slice of bread. Spread the outside of the bread with the butter. Fry the sandwich in a small skillet over medium heat until the bread is browned on both sides.
