1 head of shredded lettuce
1 carton of whipping cream
sugar, to taste

Directions:
Sprinkle the shredded cabbage with sugar, sweetened to taste. Whip the whipping cream with mixer, pour over cabbage and mix well. Tastes better if you let it set overnight.

1 carton of whipping cream for 1 head of cabbage
2 cartons of whipping cream for 2 heads of cabbage

This is my Mom's cole slaw recipe. It's different, but good!
