2 pkgs crescent rolls
2 lbs. sausage, browned and drained
1/2 cup shredded mozz. cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 beaten eggs (reserve 2 tbsp)
parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Pat 1 pkg. of rolls into a 9x13 pan. Top with sausage, then eggs, and then cheese. Top this with the other pkg. of rolls, pressing seams together the best that you can. Brush with reserved eggs and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
