Pretzel Salad Delight Recipe

1 c. butter
2 c. crushed pretzels
4 T. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 - 10 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 - 6 oz. pkg strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries (16 oz)

Mix together the butter, pretzels and sugar. and pat into a 9x13 pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375 and let cool.
Whip the powdered sugar, cool whip and cream cheese until fluffy. Spread over cooled pretzel crust,
Prepare the strawberry jello by adding the boiling water until dissolved, then add strawberries. Cool and pour over the top.
Chill until firm.
