1 pkt fried noodles 100g
1/2 -1 wombok (chinese cabbage) shredded
6 shallots, chopped
100g roasted silvered almonds or pine nuts

1/2 c. castor sugar
1/2c. white vingar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1 tsp. seasme oil

Shred wombok, wash and drain well.
Mix all ingredients of the dressing in a bowl, stir well until sugar is dissolved. (Can put in a container with lid and shake it).
Combine wombok, chopped shallots and nuts in a salad bowl.
Just before serving add dressing and noodles and toss thoroughly
