4 tins Brunswick herring snacks
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
ketchup & soy sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in a drizzle of olive oil; add tomato and stir until tomato breaks down. Drain juice from herring into onion/tomato mixture. Stir in a squeeze of ketchup and a tbsp. soy sauce. Add a touch of hot water to sauce, if required. Add herring; cover and simmer 5-10 mins. until ready to eat.
