2 halibut fillets (or white fish of your choice)
2 portabella mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. red or yellow bell pepper, quartered lengthwise
asparagus, broccoli or zucchini for 2, cut into large chunks
1 475ml bottle Kraft Oil/Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Put fish in a Ziploc bag, and all vegetables in a separate Ziploc bag. Divide dressing in half between the two Ziploc bags. Marinade about 4 hrs.

Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove fish and vegetables from marinade and transfer to baking sheet.

Bake 20 mins. or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
