1 15 ounce can black beans, drained
2 ears sweet corn, cooked, cooled and kernels cut off COBOL
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dillweed or 1/2 teaspoon dried
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a colander, rinse the black beans; drain well. In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, red pepper and onion; set aside.

In a jar, combine the vinegar, oil, parsley, cilantro, dill and black pepper. Cover and shake well. Pour dressing over the vegetable mixture. Toss to coat.

Serve at room temperature.
