6 egg yolks
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yolks, butter, vinegar, water, and salt. Stir in one cup flour, then stir in 1/2 cup flour and mix until smooth and not sticky. Divide dough into thirds. Roll out very thin on pastry board or cloth, then roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut thinly with sharp knife. Dry several hours in warm, dry place. Noodles can be frozen for later use. To cook, drop into quart of boiling chicken or beef broth.

Dad uses his pasta maker. He also doesn't always use butter. He sometimes uses the whole egg. If you really want to learn how to make noodles like Dad's, go watch him do it.
