1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, diced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions omitting salt; place on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist. Set aside. Combine cheese and flour; set aside.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; stir in broccoli and cheese until well blended. Pour mixture into a 9-inch deep dish pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
