1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef top round London Broil
1/4 c fresh lime juice
1/4 c. bottled steak sauce
1/4 c. prepared salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. coarse grind black pepper
Salt as desired

Combine lime juice, steak sauce salsa, oil, garlic and pepper in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool Place beef top round in plastic bag; add cooled marinade, turning to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours (or overnight), turning occasionally. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Place beef on grill over medium coals. Grill 18-20 minutes for medium rare to medium, turning once. Season with salt, if desired. Carve across grain at a 45º angle into thin slices.
