1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
3 garlic cloves
2 T. butter
2 T. light brown sugar
2 tsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic into medium bowl. Stir in brown sugar and steak seasoning, mix well.

Preheat large saute pan. Cut pork diagonally into eight 1 inch thick slices. Place pork in bowl and press into mixture.Turn and press again to lightly season both sides.

Heat 1 T. butter in saute pan.Add pork, cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until well browned.

Remove pork and stir in wine and 1 T. butter. Simmer 1 minute stirring constantly. Serve wine mixture over pork.
