1 can sliced pineapple
1 can pears
1 can cling peaches
1 can apricots
1 jar apple rings
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 T. flour
1 cup dry Sherry (Taylor's) or 3/4 cup juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º

Drain fruit. Cut pineapple in half. Place all fruit in a large casserole dish.
Using a double boiler, heat butter, sugar, flour & sherry until thick and creamy. Pour over fruit and let stand over night in refrigerator. Bake for 30 minutes.
