CRUST:
1 chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. margarine, softened
1 egg
TOPPING:
3 c. mini marshmallows
1 (10 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. margarine
2 t. vanilla extract
2 c. rice cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

Combine crust ingredients until well blended and press into a greased 15x10 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 13-16 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Bake 2 minutes longer. Cool. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter chips, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla. Cook over low heat until melted; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in cereal and peanuts. Spoon over marshmallows. Cool before cutting.
