2 eggs
1 1/2 T. flour
2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts
9 inch unbaked pie shell.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick; combine flour, brown sugar and salt and add to eggs while continuing to beat. Stir in vanilla and cream, raisins, dates and walnuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes. When knife inserted comes out clean, it's done.
