Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 cups prepared fruit (frozen or fresh)
1 ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
8 Tbsp flour

Topping:

1 ½ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
2/3 cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Cook in microwave for about 15 minutes until it starts to thicken, stirring every few minutes. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Spread fruit in 9x13" pan, sprinkle topping on and bake at 400º for about 20-25 minutes. This recipe comes from a long time friend. It's always a big hit. I like it because the topping is pastry-like (not a batter) but this is a lot easier to put together than pie. Serve with ice cream, of course!
