2 scant cups crisco
4 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp vinegar
1 egg beaten
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crisco, salt, sugar and flour till coarse meal. Beat egg, add vinegar and water. Add to dry mix. Handle as little as possible. Dough may be stored in glass jar in refrig. and used as needed. Makes 3 - 4 crusts.
