3/4 c. margarine
1c. sugar
4 T. molasses
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
21/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in saucepan and cool. Add sugar, molasses, and egg. Add dry ingredients. Form into 1" balls. Roll in sugar, put on cookie sheet and press.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 375º
