Sour Cream Topping:
1 med. onion, minced,
2 tbl. butter,
3/4 c. sour cream,
1/3 c. mayonnaise,
4 oz. grated cheese (1 c.)
3/4 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
1/4 tsp. oregano,
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning,
1 tsp. parsley,
2/3 c. milk,
2 c. bisquick,
3 med tomatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick.

Mix topping mixture and set aside.

Mix dough and knead 10-12 strokes. Pat dough into 9x12 pan; push dough up the sides to make a narrow rim.

Arrange tomato slices over dough. Pour sour cream topping over tomato layer.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. Let stand 10 min. before cutting. Serve warm.
