1 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 C. butter or margarine softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/3 C.(Gold Medal) flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Colored or granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat powdered sugar and butter on low speed until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla, almond extract and egg. St8r in four and baking soda. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Divide dough in half and roll on floured board 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired seasonal shapes and if cookies will not be frosted, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º on ungreased cookie sheet or parchment paper 7 to 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
