1 1/4 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
4 cups Saskatoon Berries
2 Tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, water and lemon juice to a good rolling boil. Add the berries and cook for about 8 minutes. Combine cornstarch with 3 Tbsp. water to make a smooth paste, and add to cooked fruit. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and put into a unbaked pie shell. Cover with top shell. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, then at 350º for about 30 minutes. Cool and enjoy!!!!
