1 package baby romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1 Bermuda onion, sliced thin
1 container of pine nuts
1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
1 container of Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled up (go easy with cheese, which can overwhelm other flavors)

Dressing:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup milk (or more)
2 TBSP white wine vinegar
sugar to taste (up to 1/3 cup)
2 TBSP poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange salad sprinkling ingredients throughout but leaving some of the berries out as a topping. Dress, toss again, top with reserved berries, and serve immediately.
