8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1oz crumbled blue cheese
1/4 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash of Tabasco
1/4 cup finely chopped toasted almonds (for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Add the garlic and Tabasco and blend until well mixed and form into a ball. Chill 2-3 hours before serving. Prior to serving roll the formed ball in the 1/4 cup of toasted almonds. Serve with crackers or bread rounds.

This is a favorite of my family and friends. It is served at every gathering for every occasion. The one time I did not make it, I was in deep trouble with Blythe and Melissa.
When I have been out of Tabasco, I have substituted salsa, and it was great too.
