1 loaf French bread
2 C chopped broccoli
2 T olive oil
1 lbs turkey sausage
3 cloves garlic
pepper
Nutmeg optional
2 C shredded provolone cheese
1 C grated Parmigianino-reggiano cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375º. Cut off the top quarter of the bread lengthwise and scoop out the bottom piece.

In a deep skillet, bring about 2 inches of water to a boils salt the water and add the broccoli, simmering for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Fill the break shell with the sausage mixture. Top with the cheese and bread lid. wrap the sandwich in foil and bake until the cheese is melted, 15 minutes. Cut into thick slices to serve.
