2 Cups flour
1 T sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 T chilled butter, cut into small pieces
3/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C finely chopped green onions
1 C buttermilk
1/2 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 450º. Combine flour, sugar baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add cheese and onions. Toss well. Add buttermilk and sour cream, stir until just moist. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are brown.
