2/3 C flour
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 C unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a square baking dish. Put the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Set aside. Put the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Beat together until well blended and creamy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour into the baking dish and smooth the top with a rubber spatula. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
