Flat Iron Steak cooked and cut into cubes
10" flour tortillas
Parmesan Cheese grated
Cheddar Cheese Grated
Jack Cheese Grated
Diablo Sauce
Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat a large non-stick saute pan over medium heat
Place flour tortilla in pan and sprinkle with parm cheese
Flip over tortills so the Parmesan cheese side is at the bottom
Sprinkle tortilla with cheddar cheese, jack cheese and steak.
Cook until cheese is melted and and tortilla is browned.
Sprinkle the grilled pineapple salsa and Diablo sauce in the queasily
fold tortilla in half and remove from pan
