1st Layer:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries
1 can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. strawberry Jello
1 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups water
Snow Topping:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries; add sugar. Stir and set aside. Mix small package Jello as directed on box; chill until thickened. Add drained, crushed pineapple, nuts and marshmallows (less marshmallows if less sweetness is desired). Combine everything with thickened Jello. Chill overnight.
Snow Topping:
Soften cream cheese in microwave; add to Cool Whip, folding in gently. Add vanilla; stir again. Smooth on top of chilled Jello mixture. Sprinkle with copped nuts, if desired, or a few whole cranberries cut into quarters.
