1 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ small jars of baby food carrots
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
raisins (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Bake in greased muffin tin at 400º for 17-19 minutes.
