2 Tblsp flour
1 small can evaporated milk
2 cups diced ham
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
¼ cup minced onion
2 cups water
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix flour and evaporated milk in slow cooker or crock pot
2. add other ingredients except cream
3. cook on low for 7 hrs or auto for 4 hrs
4. before serving, stir in cream and heat
