1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c hot water
3 T flour
3 T cornstarch
sprinkle salt
2 T butter
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1/3 c lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan mix sugar, flour, cornstarch, salt, add water and egg yolks. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add butter and lemon juice. Cool. Pour into 9inch crust. Top with Meringue or whipped topping.
